		<description>It does sound like your mail person hates you. Or at least hates to deal with your mail. I live in a house, so I have to deal with all my postal issues and boxes, but your apartment should really have extra keys for those boxes and be able to call people to fix them. That just sounds absurd that they don't. The only issue I have with my mail person is that she can't get off the phone when she delivers the mail so I never get it until after 4pm. But I still say you win the horrid mail person contest, not that there was one. Heh.</description>
